While I love to give that picture perfect family photo of everyone looking and smiling, I don't like to try to force a pose or take a photo session too seriously. That is a recipe for disappointment and disaster. I'm passionate about capturing a moment and the emotions in it. A mixture of poses as well as fun is key. I love to let small children play and chat with me while I snap away.
I know what it is like to have a wedding, birthdays, labors, and kiddos that grow up way too fast. These moments are once in a lifetime and unique from anyone else's . They are YOUR once in a lifetime memories. I have always loved photography and during these special times in my life I found it difficult to be present IN the moment while I also wanted to photograph and document the momentous occasion. I realized I didn't want anyone to feel they had to choose between the two like I did .
Life is too short not to be present at those significant times.
